Summary: The location and neighborhood are excellent. Close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. We loved the ability to bike almost everywhere we needed to go. House itself is nice. Yard was great for our dogs but has broken down sports equipment and old work equipment. Couch and bedding is nice. There is no dining room table inside and this was inconvenient.
